Akihiro Kasashima phot
After graduating high-school, Kasashima started his career in the food business in Osaka, where he worked for several discotheques and clubs. In 1989, Kasashima started his own planning office Operation Factory , and from 1991 to 1997, he gained a reputation for himself in the West Japan by producing many cool, contemporary cafes and clubs that were always covered extensively in the broadcast and published media at the time of their launch and still today. In July 1998, he established Operation Factory Inc. and set up its Tokyo branch in the following year. Since then, Kasashima has been producing various types of catering outlets such as restaurant, bar, cafe and club. As of today, there are 12 shops under his direct operation, while 17 shops have felt the benefits of his production and consultation.
