Taipei dumplings from “Zhang Kee Beef Noodles in a Hot Pot”, a popular local restaurant in Taiwan.
The dumplings of a long-established popular shop “Zhang Kee Beef Noodles in a Hot Pot” that is loved by locals in a back alley near the West Gate of Taipei. Taiwan are different from Japanese dumplings in that they do not use any garlic and do not have a strong smell. The dumplings of Zhang Kee are made of soft and sweet chives with little smell. It has less odor and uses softer and sweeter yellow chives, so it is full of deliciousness and is an excellent item. "You will want to eat them from the moment you wake up in the morning" and "You will never get tired of eating them”. A new type of gyoza that overturns the conventional concept of gyoza.
