In the town of Namba, where adults who know the joy of food gather, there is a restaurant that has honestly faced cooking for about 20 years. As a restaurant, we carefully monitor the seasonal changes in ingredients, which are called "running", "seasonal", and "remaining" ingredients, and offer flavors that are loved by adults in Namba, such as "local fish and local vegetables grilled over charcoal and straw" and "specialty rice in an earthenware pot".
