Nestled in a back alley near the West Gate of Taipei, Taiwan, this popular long-established restaurant, “Zhang Kee Beef Noodles in a Hot Pot” Zhang Kee’s dumplings are different from Japanese dumplings in that they do not use any garlic and do not have a strong smell. The dumplings of Zhang Kee are made of soft and sweet chives with little smell. It has less odor and uses softer and sweeter yellow chives, so it is full of deliciousness and is an excellent item.
